The rooms were comfortable and very clean, however the selling point for us was the view and the accessibility of the accommodation! We definitely enjoyed the view from our room of the resort and we found that the buggy service to and from the hotel was very convenient and fast! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The staff who helped us check in was absolutely knowledgeable and informative, she did not hesitate to re-explain and help us with our questions! She made the whole process extremely smooth and went above and beyond to help us!! It was definitely a treat to stay at the resort after a day of exploring vinpearl and vinwonders! As the resort is on Vinpearl, we were able to explore vin harbour at night where stalls and shops were still open! Definitely a treat to stay at. Breakfast was also incredible with a great variety!! We'd definitely book this accommodation again!!

You get a huge wow factor when you enter the huge and impressive entrance lobby. The hotel is absolutely massive, but there is so much space you never feel cramped or overwhelmed by the number of guests. The rooms felt luxurious and grand,and we had the most amazing ocean views across the huge pool area. The restaurant food could not be faulted in any way,with so many different fresh and delicious dishes to choose from.There is always an abundance of local tropical fruit and salad ( we are both vegan) and we couldn't fault the selection of plant-based dishes on offer. The staff are polite and courteous and couldn't do enough for us.We truly felt like valued guests.

Taking care of guest satisfaction. An ongoing random guest satisfaction ranking. Delicious meals with an incredibly large selection of dishes and delicacies. Large, spacious rooms (we chose the deluxe option specifically). Small number of people on the beach and swimming pools, even though the number of guests during meals indicated a large number of people.

Breakfast selection was the most diverse and tasty I ever encountered at a hotel. The hotel itself was clean, rooms convenient. We chose a garden view and it was a great call since the sun was already gone by noon and we could enjoy a shadow during our lunch nap. The pool is huge.
